How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Please allow 1 week for your order to be shipped unless otherwise noted. All items are created as ordered.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final with no returns excepted.

In the case an error was caused by us, then we will gladly make it right by recreating the item(s) after the original item(s) are returned. A return label would be sent to you to ship the incorrect item(s) back.

Where do you ship to?

Currently we ship to all 50 states. Currently we do not offer international shipping.

Why do custom orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit?

We require a non-refundable deposit to cover the cost of additional materials and the time spent designing your custom order.

Do you engrave items that are provided by a customer?

Accepted Answer

Possibly. There are several factors that go into what we will and will not engrave. The main factor is what the material is made of as not all materials can safely be engraved. If you have an item you are interested in having engraved, please contact us at TalkingInCursive2024@gmail.com with a photo of the item(s) and as much detail as possible.

Will you engrave any type of symbol or saying?

Generally speaking, we will engrave just about anything you want. We reserve the right to deny any commissionable orders though.

Do you have a store front?

Accepted Answer

We do not have a store front. We do participate in craft shows/vendor events/festivals throughout eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.
